By accessing or using DaoVow ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service Description

DaoVow provides symbolic and reflective reading experiences across supported products such as Daily, Oracle, Relationship, Archive, Blueprint, Pet, and Card-based result or sharing features. Depending on the product, DaoVow may use traditional interpretive frameworks, structured calculations, saved history, user-reported Reality checks, and AI-assisted narrative generation. All readings are for personal, entertainment, and reflective purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

Not Professional Advice

DaoVow readings and content are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other qualified advice. You should consult appropriate licensed professionals for any decisions related to your health, finances, legal matters, or personal well-being. DaoVow makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any reading.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information when a requested feature depends on it, including birth, subject, relationship, pet, question, or contact information as applicable. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase.

Products

• DaoVow Destiny Blueprint — a one-time digital reading delivered via email. It is a digital product and is fulfilled upon delivery.
• Pro Membership — a recurring subscription providing access to ongoing readings, Archive content, and member-exclusive features. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout.
• Single-Reading Unlocks — one-time purchases that unlock a single additional Oracle or Relationship reading. They are digital products and are fulfilled immediately upon payment.

Subscription & Cancellation

Pro Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel through your account or by contacting [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for subscription payments are governed by our Refund Policy — payments made within the past 7 days are eligible for a refund on request.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with our platform.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission.

Intellectual Property

DaoVow's underlying software, product design, branding, and proprietary platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where DaoVow expressly provides a download or sharing feature, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from those protected platform materials without permission. Where a first-party feature expressly lets you download or share a generated result, Card, image, or link, you may use that feature for your personal sharing of that result; this does not grant rights to DaoVow's underlying software, trademarks, templates, or platform design.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DaoVow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
