By accessing or using DaoVow ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service Description

DaoVow provides symbolic personal destiny readings based on the Four Pillars of Destiny (BaZi), timing cycle analysis, and related interpretive frameworks. All readings are for personal, entertainment, and reflective purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

Not Professional Advice

DaoVow readings and content are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other qualified advice. You should consult appropriate licensed professionals for any decisions related to your health, finances, legal matters, or personal well-being. DaoVow makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any reading.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate birth and contact information when placing an order. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase.

Products

• Personal Destiny Blueprint — a one-time digital reading delivered via email. It is a digital product and is fulfilled upon delivery.
• Pro Membership — a recurring subscription providing access to ongoing readings, Destiny Archive content, and member-exclusive features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

Subscription & Cancellation

Pro Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel through your account, membership page, or by contacting hello@daovow.com. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for subscription payments are governed by our Refund Policy — payments made within the past 7 days are eligible for a refund on request.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with our platform.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on DaoVow, including readings, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of DaoVow and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DaoVow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
